Mary and I had such fun at our Harry Potter Event. In case you missed it, we decorated up the room and had a Platform 9 and 3/4 picture station
Isn't it awesome? If you missed the event, don't worry, we have another big Splash event featuring Draco and the Malfoys in November.
Plus, we're going to be hosting a year long Harry Potter book club. More information will be out, but we'll be starting in September.
We'll read the books, eat some snacks, play games, or do an activity based on the books!
I'm a big fan of Goodreads, mostly because it allows me to keep track of the books I want to read. Here are a few books I'm super excited to read that come out in the next few months:
Tuesday 2 pm: Giant Size Tetris
Wednesday 3:45 pm: Level Up Game Club
Thursday: Throwback movie 2 pm: Shaolin Soccer
During World War II, the British created the myth that carrots improved eyesight and that's why their pilots could see at night. Because they didn't want the Nazis to discover their secret weapon - radar!
